I'm writing sentences for Spanish. I want to say I'm tall or I am tall...Do i say Yo soy alta or Soy alta? we have to use the yo form of the verb ser​

Either way works, however using "Yo soy alta" instead of "Soy alta" adds more of an emphasis on being tall.
