Write a DNA sequence of 9 bases (recall that DNA sequences are combinations of A's, G's, C's, and T's). Transcribe the sequence to create an mRNA strand (recall that RNA contains no T's). Use a codon chart to identify the 3 amino acids that would be translated from that mRNA strand

So what you can to is like AGT GCA TCA then you can transcribe it to UCA CGU AGU. Finally all you need to do is put it in the codon chart Ser is the first Arg is your second and Ser is your last.
